PROFESSIONAL WOMEN IN CONSTRUCTION
NEW YORK - PROJECT OF THE YEAR SUBMISSIONS 2026
Salute to Women of Achievement is a true celebration of PWC NY's mission. Each year, we honor women who have made an outstanding impact on the AEC industry: their achievements, determination, and - most importantly - the space they create for others to rise up as they strive to make this industry more diverse.
For the second year, PWC NY will honor a Project at our Annual Salute to Women of Achievement Gala on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. Two (2) project participants from the awarded project will attend the Salute Gala to receive the award.
Nominations are due Friday, July 17, 2026.
Project to be Honored:
- A project designed, built, OR facilitated by women in key positions.
Project Requirements:
- New York City and New York State projects only.
- Completed Construction by January 2027
- Women in Key Positions
Each submitted package will be judged by a selection committee comprised of industry professionals. Nominations will be judged based on the following criteria:
- Women in Key Positions - 25%
- Innovation - 15%
- Complexity - 15%
- Sustainability - 15%
- Safety - 15%
- MWBE participation - 15%

- Submissions close July 17
- Salute to Women of Achievement: Wednesday, September 23, 2026
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
First create an account and refer to the "Submission Guidelines," found under the "Resources > Award Resources" Section. Please upload submissions accordingly.
Process
1. Register
Click on the "Register" link and complete and submit the registration form.
2. Login
Login to the award with your email and password.
3. Create
Create your online application.
4. Save
During the Call for Applications period, your application can be saved as DRAFT until all the required information is completed and attachments uploaded. As each section is complete, you will see a 
appear in the category tab when the application is saved. At any time, you can download and print your application by clicking on the 
icon in the Application Summary section.
5. Submit
On completion, save your Application as FINAL. Download and print a copy of your application for your records by clicking on the icon in the Application Summary section in the right column. Note: If an update is required prior to the Call for Applications period, you can make the update and resave as FINAL.
